Pathetic experience. Unwanted guests (cockroach) all around the room, low level of hygiene, no hot water available. Booking done online with added tea and coffee however the same was also denied by hotel.

Do not book this hotel from oyo during peak season. They will deny you entry saying this is a different hotel. If you want to book this book it directly from them. Rooms are ok. Matterss and bedsheets are not very clean. Hot water is sometimes a problem. There may be no exhaust in your room or washroom. Be careful while booking this hotel. Better have a video call and ask them to show the room first.

Very bad experience with evening staff as we were there in udaipur we were just looking for options online and we have found out good deal so we booked in and it was really cheap as per online site but as the staff found out that we got cheap deal they were behaving like we are getting stay there in free they were asking us to go here and there then started issues with breakfast which was complementary from the booking site and we were charged accordingly but they totally denied to provide breakfast and started making small small issues like this totally unacceptable unprofessional behaviour by the staff

If I could give minus ratings. Not a family hotel, just a place to booze and smoke. Dirty, smelly and what not. The worst experience one can have. I booked it through OYO and left the place after seeing the rooms.

We stayed in room no 404 . 1) As mentioned while booking that there was parking available... But it was not and we had park it on road with no assistance availabale from staff. 2) No hot water was available which was not at all acceptable. 3) In room we also found condoms so u can imagine how was the room maintained. 4) While booking it was mentioned that hotel has 24/7 service but for hot water we had to call 30 mins and there was no response from the hotel staff. 5) I am a frequent OYO traveller but this was my worst experience. 6) no inhouse dinning was allowed for oyo travellers

Average hotel with slow service New building rooms are decorative and clean Proper parking area not available here Hotel is not on road it is in street and entrance area is not good. Food taste is average and prices are very high compare to food taste and quality. Hotel service is very slow and servants are not responsible.

Very clean room only condom wrappers are found otherwise very clean... With 24/7 service only in there visiting card but when u need there is no one to attend your call... such a disgusting Staff they do not care how much problem You are facing... No hot water for shower... For OYO people more problem because there is no restaurant for in room dining you have to walk out for food... No car parking which mentioned in there page... mainly property is under construction it will take more than 8 month to complete...

Very bad bad experience please do not book oyo . Face very difficulties to checkin and very bad hotel bad service and not good to stay. Try to use another platform for smooth and safe stay.
